BVP PA, DEO, LDC & Stenographer Recruitment 2026 : Educational Qualification

Post Name Eligibility Criteria
Personal Assistant (PA)
  • The candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university and should possess Hindi stenography skills with a speed of 100 words per minute. Additionally, a typing speed of 30 words per minute in both Hindi and English is required.
  • A computer qualification from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or an ‘O’ Level certificate is considered desirable.
Data Entry Operator (DEO)
  • The candidate should have completed Intermediate (10+2) and must possess a typing speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour.
  • A computer qualification such as ADCA or a certificate issued by AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level) will be considered desirable.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
  • The applicant should have passed Intermediate (10+2) and must possess a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi or English.
  • A computer certification from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or an ‘O’ Level qualification is considered desirable.
Stenographer
  • The applicant should be a graduate and must have Hindi stenography skills with a speed of 80 words per minute, along with a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi or English.
  • A computer qualification from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or an ‘O’ Level certificate will be considered desirable.
